Hey everybody,
Hope y’all doing great today! Beautiful sunny day and summer is coming fast… that’s awesome!
Having the best nutrition possible for me is and will be the toughest part of my journey to loose weight.
I love to eat and I eating makes me feel “satisfied”… When I’m full, everything seems “all right” if you know what I mean… I guest I could be called an emotional eater but that’s another story for a future post.
This bring the negative side that by doing this, I can easily pack 1000′s of extra calories each day and ruin all efforts to loose fat…As I’ve often heard from Craig Ballantyne from Turbulence Training, “You can’t out train a bad diet!”. So no mater how much you train, if your nutrition is bad… you’re screwing up your efforts to loose fat.
One of my best tricks to avoid overeating is to eat more often than the traditional Three-meals-a-day but in smaller quantities every time I do.
Instead, I’ll go for a Six-Small-Meals-a-day plan

My typical week day meals schedule looks like this:
6AM Breakfast
9AM Snack
11h45AM Lunch
4h45PM Diner
7h30 Evening Snack
With this method, I never get hungry. That's just great! Most of us have been raised with the classic 3 meals a day but I get so hungry when I'm eating every 4 to 5 hours. When I sit at the table I simply eat too much and pack unnecessary calories that kill my fat loss program. Your work schedule may be different from mine but the main idea is to have 5 to 6 small meals instead of only 3 big ones.
Also, when I write “Snack”, I don’t mean to eat garbage like a Quaker Oat bar. I go for fruits, nuts, raw veggies, cheese, etc. (I’ll post snacks suggestions in a future post). You have to get nutritious foods that will feed your body for the next couple of hours and give it the vitamins and energy it needs.
I hope this fat loss trick will be helpful to you. Give it a try if you wish and let me know how it goes.
Don’t hesitate to leave your comments.
Looking forward to read your ideas!
Have fun and train hard!
T.Y
